Selah Agaba is doctoral student at University of Wisconsin-Madison pursuing a joint degree in Cultural Anthropology & Education Policy Studies. She received a M.Ed. in International Education Development from Teachers College, Columbia University and a B.A in African Languages and Literature from Makerere University, Uganda. Ms Agaba has worked in different capacities as an educator, researcher, and advocate in the field of maternal and adolescent health. Her research and work focuses on the comprehensiveness and applicability of policies governing sexual and reproductive health issues for adolescents especially during emergencies. With support of the Scott-Kloeck Jenson fellowship, she will compile a database of sexual and reproductive health policies and service providers in central and western Uganda.
