CALS Global presents Global Day 2023: CONNECT!
Global Day is a campus-wide event meant to showcase the breadth and depth of UW-Madison’s international expertise and to communicate our collective impact on addressing global challenges. Global Day 2023: CONNECT! will include talks from keynote speaker Ambassador Mark Green, and Dr. Derek Cabrera, a resource fair, poster, photo, and display contests, an awards ceremony, networking opportunities, and reception. This is a free event open to faculty, staff, post-docs, and students. We look forward to the opportunity to explore international connections and collaborations in research, outreach, teaching, and development.

1:15 PM – 1:30 PM: Welcome remarks by Dean of CALS Glenda Gillaspy
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Keynote Speaker- Ambassador Mark Green
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Speaker- Derek Cabrera
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Poster Session and Resource Fair
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Networking Reception and Awards
