Curious what a career with the Department of State would entail? Stop by Successworks on the 3rd floor of the UW Bookstore on Friday, September 8th for a chance to meet with Susan Falatko, the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomat in Residence for the Midwest, and a 24 year veteran of the State Department.
Drop-in hours will be from 11:00am-1:00pm, and attendees will have a chance to meet Susan and hear about her experiences as a Foreign Service Officer. This Successworks event is a collaboration with the International Studies Major, the Institute for Regional and International Studies (IRIS), the International Learning Community (ILC), the Language Institute, and International Academic Programs.
