Professor Anna M. Gade is the Vilas Distinguished Achievement Professor of Environmental Studies and Associate Dean for Research & Education in the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies.

Marwa Shalaby is Assistant Professor in the departments of Gender and Women’s Studies and Political Science.

Dr. Katrina Daly Thompson is Professor and Chair of African Cultural Studies and Director of the African Languages Program.

Nevine El Nossery is the Associate Professor of African Cultural Studies and Francophone Studies, and Director of the Middle East Studies Program. She is also an affiliate faculty member in the department of Gender and Women’s Studies, Middle East Studies and African Studies Program.
